  4. Workshop – Leadership ( Developing talent and coaching skills, thinking differently, accelerated learning, presentation skills masterclass)
  5. Workshop – Evaluation and Presentation (Consolidation and practise of learning, trainer input and explanation of deeper understanding and thinking, evaluation of programme and further development)
